For our buy-side advisory clients, we will:
Assist clients with establishing or refining acquisition criteria
Identify and engage numerous targets that meet our clients’ criteria (multi-faceted, comprehensive approach)
Facilitate confidentiality agreements, data requests, and meetings
Financial analysis and evaluation, including the preparation of investment memos and related documents for investment committee and lender meetings
Assess the strategic fit of each target with our client
Provide context regarding each target and its positioning and performance relative to the market and expected trends
Assist with offer / bid preparation by leveraging our proprietary M&A comparables data
Lead the due diligence process, including managing a data room, tracking various request lists, and coordinating calls with attorneys, accountants, and other advisors
Evaluate and / or arrange financing alternatives
Assist with structuring and closing the transaction
