The completed transactions are the result of sell-side and buy-side M&A engagements with companies that offer services and technology solutions that address a wide range of functions, including artificial intelligence and natural language processing-driven solutions, analytics, billing, clinical documentation improvement, coding, credentialing, EMR and RCM consulting/optimization, first- and third-party debt collection, insurance follow-up, and staffing, among others. The sellers in these transactions included seven founder-owned companies, whereas nine of the buyers were backed by private equity. This is reflective of GA’s comprehensive relationships with owners of privately-held businesses as well as with private equity sponsors interested in RCM and HCIT.
