Rockville, MD – January 4, 2023 – Greenberg Advisors (GA), the leading specialist in M&A transactions in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT), and Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) industries, announces the completion of 10 transactions throughout 2022.
The completed transactions are the result of sell-side and buy-side M&A engagements with companies that offer services and technology solutions that address a wide range of functions, including artificial intelligence and natural language processing-driven solutions, analytics, billing, clinical documentation improvement, coding, credentialing, EMR and RCM consulting/optimization, first- and third-party debt collection, insurance follow-up, and staffing, among others. Further reflecting the diversity of the transactions, delivery settings among sellers included acute care hospitals and health systems, behavioral health, emergency care, emergency medical services (EMS), urgent care, as well as non-healthcare settings in banking, education, financial institutions, and hospitality.
The sellers in these transactions included seven founder-owned companies, whereas nine of the buyers were backed by private equity. This is reflective of GA’s comprehensive relationships with owners of privately-held businesses as well as with private equity sponsors interested in RCM and HCIT.
Brian Greenberg, CEO and Founder of GA, commented, “To achieve these results in such a challenging M&A environment is a testament to the quality of the team we’ve built and their commitment to succeed for our clients.”
While many of the transactions have not yet been announced, more information is available at www.greenberg-advisors.com.
