Experienced private equity and M&A professional enhances firm capacity and capability

Mr. Tiwari is an experienced finance and M&A professional whose background includes nearly 3 years with Marc Bell Capital Partners, a mid-market private equity firm, as well as 2 years in corporate accounting and finance with NVR, Inc., a real estate development firm. Throughout his career, he has gained critical experience in financial modeling and analysis, deal structuring, and private equity investing, and as a result brings with him an excellent understanding of the dynamics inherent in M&A transactions.
