Create marketing materials, highlighting the most important aspects of the business and delineating key differences
Facilitate the review and approval of NDAs
Secure offers from qualified parties
Help our clients understand and assess offers to determine which are most appealing
Create management presentations and facilitate meetings and all interactions with buyers
Manage the due diligence process from start to finish, including all data room activities
Assist in structuring and closing the transaction
