Brian Greenberg Joins ARMing Heroes Board

December 15, 2009 – U.S. veterans find jobs and other opportunities in the accounts receivable management industry (hence “ARM” in “ARMing”), has announced that industry (and U.S. military) veteran Brian Greenberg has been named to the board of trustees. He was confirmed as a board member by a special vote by the full board completed on November 28, 2009. Brian is one of the most experienced strategic advisors to the ARM industry, as well as the founder and principal of Greenberg Advisors. Since the mid 1990’s, he has specialized in advising ARM executives, owners and investors regarding mergers and acquisitions, raising capital, and business valuation. Prior to entering the industry, Brian served four years in the United States Air Force as a German linguist.

Commenting on Brian’s addition, Board of Trustees Vice President and Disabled Veteran Howard Sorber stated, “Brian will be a huge asset. After meeting him several years ago, I just recently found out he was a veteran, and it solidified my respect for him. I am very glad he has made a commitment to the ARMing Heroes cause as a board member. On behalf of the full board and our volunteers, we want to thank Brian and welcome him aboard.”

Mr. Greenberg added, “I am honored to contribute to the efforts of this fine organization. Its mission is extremely worthwhile, necessary, and right. Further, ARMing Heroes is a leader in the ARM industry as one of the industry’s first charitable organizations, and certainly the first focused on assisting our country’s veterans, whose sacrifices too often go unnoticed and unrewarded. This is an ideal way for me, and my colleagues in the industry, to give back.”
