GA’s expertise spans decades of niche M&A advisory experience, as well as broader experience in middle market investment banks, entrepreneurially-run businesses, and global consulting firms. We seek to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Having completed over 150 successful engagements for clients over 25+ years, Brian Greenberg is one of the most experienced investment bankers in RCM, HCIT, ARM, and BPO. He and his skilled team advise executives seeking expert insight and results.
Having worked at boutique and larger investment banks, Brian sought to create a rare team-oriented firm that combines the full-service advisory approach of a larger bank with the energy and effectiveness of a boutique firm. He founded GA in 2009 to reflect this vision of a best-in-class strategic advisory firm. Today, with its unmatched expertise and proven approach, GA is the "go-to" advisor in its sectors.
Brian served four years in the United States Air Force prior to graduating from George Washington University. He has served on a variety of boards, including the Board of Trustees of ARMing Heroes, a not-for-profit providing US military veterans with financial assistance. Brian has presented at conferences in the US, Europe, and South America and is an often-quoted source in healthcare, financial, and investment banking media. He lives with his family in suburban Washington, D.C. and enjoys road cycling.
