Rockville, MD – July 31, 2019 – Greenberg Advisors (GA), the leading M&A advisor to owners and investors in Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Healthcare IT (HCIT), announced the acquisition of General Revenue Corporation (GRC), a Navient (NASDAQ: NAVI) portfolio company, by Mississauga, Canada-based SinglePoint Group International Inc. (SinglePoint).
GA initiated and served as exclusive financial advisor to Navient in connection with this divestiture.

This marks the second transaction that GA completed in July, having advised PARA HealthCare Financial Services in its sale to Healthcare Financial Resources earlier this month.
